She was so meticulous in her follow up, her final report to use prior to auction was 42 pages!! We felt so well informed that all stress was removed from the decision making. Her read of the situation and the buyers was spot on, her advice on marketing and presentation clearly came from a background of experience and it was all so perfectly executed that we ended up with a result and a price that far exceeded our expectations (and was higher than a similar home around the corner just a few weeks prior).
