No complications sale while on holiday

Unlike another agent who wanted $30k for preparing my home before any sale, Hannah Green saw the potential of my home and actually liked many features. While I was leaving for a 7 week holiday, in just a week’s time, Hannah eased my mind about the sale. Within a few weeks of some good negotiations, Hannah found an ‘off market’ buyer. My home was sold and settlement complete before my return. Hannah kept me up to date and we spoke on a few occasions even though there was a nine hour time difference. Hannah is very professional but also down to earth and easy to communicate with. So pleased I was lucky enough to have Hannah handle solicitor’s , building inspections, pest control services.
