Honest, transparent and genuinely hardworking real estate agents. They understand the market from both the good and the bad and are always upfront with you about where things stand. Communication is constant, even when there’s no news to report. You’re never left wondering what’s happening. What impressed me most is that they genuinely fight for you. They’re real with you, they keep chasing every opportunity, and they don’t stop until the hammer is down. I had the choice between three different agents, and they exceeded my expectations by far. I work in the service industry myself, so I really value good communication, strong processes and people who genuinely care about the outcome.
