Hannan helped the reviewer sell this property

A tireless, responsive and pragmatic agent who was a true advocate in securing the best price

Hannan managed the sale of our Bondi unit, and from start to finish he was outstanding. His work ethic stood out from day one. He was always across the detail, well prepared for every conversation, and clearly put in the hours behind the scenes to get the result. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The process was streamlined and easy to follow. Hannan set up a WhatsApp group for the sale, so updates on inspections, buyer feedback and interest came through in real time. We always knew exactly where things stood and never had to chase him for information, which made what can be a stressful process feel organised and under control. He was highly engaged throughout and always available. Whenever we called, he got back to us ASAP, whether it was a quick question or a bigger decision that needed talking through. We genuinely felt like a priority. Just as valuable was the quality of his advice. With more than 20 years of experience in the area, Hannan's market knowledge is very strong. He understood local buyers, recent sales and how the market was moving, and gave us an honest, realistic read rather than simply telling us what we wanted to hear. His guidance on pricing and strategy was pragmatic and well reasoned, and it gave us confidence in every decision we made. Most importantly, we felt Hannan was a strong advocate for us. He negotiated hard on our behalf and was clearly focused on securing the best possible price, not just a quick sale. We would happily work with Hannan again and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to sell in the Eastern Suburbs.
