I think the biggest endorsement I can give Hannan is that, having just sold this investment property through him, and seeing the incredible way he honestly and respectfully dealt with the purchasers and potential purchasers, I would have no hesitation buying a property off him. Hannan is one of those rare agents that has proven himself under tougher market selling conditions and this showed as my unit was sold during a tough vendor market. Nevertheless, Hannan worked like a pit bull to get the property sold and for a great price as well. He did not panic and was upfront the entire way through about where we sat. He doesnt play games and doesnt oversell. From a communication perspective, Hannan was on the phone to me updating me with every development and after every open without fail. Selling is stressful and this eased all the stress. In the end, I am EXTREMELY happy with the outcome and I would highly recommend Hannan. I have another property in Bondi Beach that I will sell in a few years and Hannan will be selling that without a doubt.
