It has been an excellent experience for my property sale with Hanny since day one. She takes care of every little detail in a professional way. All the questions I asked, I got prompt answers. She handled the inspection when my leasing ended and spotted the problems and got them fixed. She had the repair work carried out, along with the styling and photo shooting in a fairly tight time frame. She then had groups of private inspections next day (without even one day lost) and in the next 4-5 days she had more than 20 groups of private inspections happened. And she reported every potential buyer situation to me everyday. I cannot imagine when I was sitting back and relaxing, how many works have been taken care of by Hanny. And there was not even one single thing that I was not happy about. Every little detail was just perfect! It really takes competency, skills and last but not least, diligence to make things going through smoothly. At the end, my property was sold in 6 days and the price meets my expectation.
