I knew Hans in an auction that several years ago I attended in Burwood. Of course that was an successful one which left me very good impression. So this year when I was planning to sell my property I came to Hans even my house is not in Burwood but Glen waverley. Hans has an excellent team, his team members Kimi and JC are awesome as well. Should have gone with Hans in the first place! Had our property listed with another agent since April and she could not get an offer even close to what we after, wasted 6 months' time and money for the marketing BS. Hans is not the one who just over promise you with all the fancy sales speech just to get your business, but the one who put in all the effort to get the job done. He ends up sold our property off-market without spending any marketing fee and most importantly, the price we after.
