I called Happy in error i had meant to call a different company. Happy showed up and was happy to do an appraisal on my house. Happy was the last to appraise my house and yet he was the first to submit his appraisal, that was impressive. I liked the aggression and appetite to sell my house exhibited by Happy. I was impressed by Happy's extensive knowledge of the prevailing market conditions. He assured me he would get a buyer for my house if i signed with him which i did. Happy listed my house on a Friday afternoon and had a viewing the next day Saturday. I got 2 offers from the first viewing and by Saturday evening my house was sold after being listed for only 24 hours. We got what we wanted for our house and we have no regrates working with Happy.
