Excellent advisor and communicator

Hardik had excellent knowledge of the market and provided good, realistic advice and expectations to us as property investors. He went out of his way to meet us on the opposite side of Melbourne before the campaign and to collect the keys after the sale. Hardik negotiated well and achieved a result we were happy with in the state of the market, fending off some very low offers and driving up the result.
