Kristina's persistence resulted in a negotiated sale at a reasonable price at a difficult time in the market. The only minor problem was we were not advised of the change of the auction time from the original advice. If this was shown on the site advertisement we would have been aware. The draft material sent was unable to easily show the final signage board on the property.
