Harley did a great job of knowing what our house was worth, providing recent comparable sales and setting the right pricing accordingly. This meant that even in a slowing market we were able to get multiple offers, and an acceptable offer within 2 weeks on market. His communication thought-out the process was great, and we were always in the loop as to what was happening with buyer interest, how opens went etc. A great result achieved!

We purchased a small acreage property through Harley. He made sure the sale went through smoothly and followed through with any questions we had, even after the sale had settled.
