At our first meeting, Harold quoted us sale price more than we expected and he was true to his word, At the auction, he told us what to expect and if we didn't get it; it would be passed in. At the following weekend, we had a lot of people attending and the unit was sold at the figure he quoted us. During the whole process, he told us not to waste money on advertising in local papers. Just the internet, board and flyers. Also he gave us contacts and pricing for solicitors, advertising and furniture staging which were all correct. He gave us a updates on the OPI straight after the event. His knowledge in this area is outstanding and would recommend him to anyone.
