From home listing to selling, the process took a bit longer however everything was streamlined. Awesome efforts and efficient service by agents. It’s no surprise they have so many positive reviews on the website.

Harpreet did a good job selling two of my properties in few months succession. He performed quite well for the first property and sold the property in a week, second one took a bit longer time. On both occasions, the professionalism to handle clear communication between purchaser and conveyancers was felt a bit short and as a result we as vendors lost significant time in the process on both occasions. I think the real estate industry as a whole needs to have clear responsbilities and timelines defined between agent, conveyancers and purchaser so that vendors have clear understanding on the transactions and do not incur additional costs in the process in high interest rate environment.
