My opinion of real estate agents changed after doing business with Harpreet. Not only did he go out of his way to arrange a private viewing outside of the schedule hours and return our phone call very promptly but our viewing of the property was the most professional we had been to. He showed us all the aspects of the property in working conditions, explained benefits of various features/location and also pointed out defects which he promised to have repaired. I consider myself very lucky knowing and meeting Harpreet. We met through a friend of mine couple of years back, purely coincidental. I had a chat with Harpreet and from that point I was impressed. I had no intention of selling the house, but the way he conducted himself and the his knowledge in the area and self confidence impressed me. If you ever need an estate agent you can trust, relate to, repespecful, and friendly, Harpreet is the one. Out of the many Estate Agents, Harpreet was the first one to reply to my inquiry. He came to where I was located - prepared with a set of reports and documents to show how he can help, (yes, HELP) me. From the onset, he made it clear that he was not there just to sell my property but to help me to sell it at the best price in the best way possible. He came across sincere, friendly and not pushy. Other agents I encountered is just interested to see my property more than me as a person. Harpreet is very helpful in providing information, answering my questions and making referrals for me. He went out out his way to help me to do things and even personally do tasks for me even when I have not decided which agent to use. He was under no obligation to do that. His philosophy is that he would rather make a new friend than make the money through selling a property. Other agents were pushy, Harpreet gave me the space to consider my decisions. Harpreet was always respectful, understanding of my needs and related to me in a personal and excellent way. He treated me not just his client but as his friend. Throughout the process, he kept me updated, quick to respond and willing to go out of his way to help me. I eventually engaged Harpreet as my agent because I can trust him and I feel most comfortable with him. I now have a new friend not just another estate agent. Should another opportunity arise Harpreet would be the person I will turn to with all confidence that he will be excellent again.

I have owned a house for the last 23 years, as a single mum and on a single wage. Last year I decided it was time to move on with my life, I needed to put my house on the market. Sounds easy enough, but i had fears! Can i afford to sell? Should i try selling the house myself? And agent fees can be a nightmare! I did eventually find the courage to contact 3 local agents in my area, I listened to everything they had to say and all 3 agents gave me the same spill. Advertising fees and the same commission fees, but none of those agents listened to anything i had to say! I was still feeling like I was trapped and couldn't afford to sell. In the end I decided to call my brother to ask for his advice, told him my concerns in regards to agent fees, and whether it was worth me trying to put my house on the market myself. My brother's advice to me was to call Harpreet. Harpreet had sold my brother's house, and he highly recommended him, describing him as a good hardworking man, professional, market savvy and a man you can trust! I did contact Harpreet, I did have Harpreet as my agent and he did sell my house after 3 weeks on the market, for a top price! Happy, Happy, Happy!!
