Harpreet is an outstanding agent with broad knowledge about the market. Harpreet made our first home buying experience very pleasant through his very honest and transparent communication skills. The moment we met Harpreet he made us feel welcoming. He listened to our requirements/needs carefully, we shared our cultural and personal requirements, our budget/finance conditions, After viewing the property Harpreet shared Section 32 and other property details with us. We then used a conveyancer to verify the documents, and our financial institute provided us with a property valuation which helped us determine how much we would like to offer for the property. We then seat down with Harpreet, and provided our best offer. By then Harpreet realized we are not someone who will bargain, he recognized us as genuine buyer with serious offer on the table. Harpreet not only served the vendor’s interest but also he served our interest as well. In next 48 hours we had an executable sell of contract from the vendor. Harpreet was constantly in touch with us till settlement guiding us through all the nervous steps as a first home buyer from building inspections, termite & pest control, carpet and duct cleaning. Almost forgot to mention he arranged a private inspection for my family members on a short 2 hours’ notice.
