I should say a big thank you to Harpreet Walia and his team for their help in finding me an investment property. After going through many real estate people(like YPA, BarryPlant, Jason Montello) I strongly suggest to every one this is the guy to deal with in buying or selling properties. He is very genuine and gives great suggestions. Guys please don't trust and fall for other's marketing skills who always try to push you to increase your offer more than the value of the property worth in today's market and make themselves money. I have gone through many of these real estate people.
