Choosing an agent to sell your house is never an easy task - made all the more difficult when it is a rural property. From the start Harriet impressed us with her mix of professionalism and friendliness. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Our biggest worry was how our rural house would be seen by potential buyers. From the photographer to the marketing, everything exceeded our expectations. Harriet managed to get 25 groups through two open houses over the weekend - plus another handful that did private inspections. From that base we were able to achieve a very pleasing result in an incredibly short amount of time. We were most impressed!
