On Harris's advice I had the unit listed through the Ray White database and the unit was sold within 2 weeks of listing. While this sounds unremarkable in the current market, there were numerous complications as I live in Far North Qld (Cairns), the unit is located in Cronulla NSW and I couldn't travel as I've been undergoing treatment for cancer. I hadn't visited the unit since 2021 so there were many photos provided by my daughter and others showing me what we were starting with.
