After many years speaking with Harrison, I decided it was time to sell. I hadn’t spent much time there in ages. He exceeded all of my expectations, going out of his way to make the selling process as stress free as possible. In a difficult market, he (and the team) reached out to so many potential buyers, updated me on everything, added extra open for inspections outside of hours, cleaned my windows in his spare time, removed leaves off a shared driveway prior to inspection, arranged professional cleaning and painting, personally printed and dropped flyers off in the local area, arranged styling, even offered to help me move boxes on his day off if need be! His advice throughout the campaign was absolutely spot on and he was across every aspect of it… styling, marketing.. even used his spare time to create artist impressions of how my (rather dated) unit might like like, to give people an idea of how amazing it could be with a little imagination and not much effort. I almost didn’t want to sell it when I saw that! Harrison and the team at Belle Property Mosman are amazing. Having already relocated and having no clue on the sale process, I was guided through what I had to do. My unit was sold quickly, prior to auction and I could not be happier with the outcome of his efforts.
