Thank you so much to Harry Coomer and the team. The sale of our house was incredibly easy; the sale incredibly fast. Harry’s communication was fantastic, he got back to us with any queries very quickly. I will definitely use Harry again! The presentation of our house made me want to move back in. Overall fantastic! Thanks again for the awesome job.

We are so stoked to have these experts selling our land. Jack and Harry are top notch. They are honest and professional amd we wouldn’t go with anyone else!

We knew Harry was the right agent to sell our house from the get go. He understood our needs entirely and the whole process was extremely easy for us as first time sellers. All advice was concise, communication was clear and his personal approach set us at ease through the process. He achieved an amazing result with a very quick turn around - which was exactly what we needed. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough and would definitely entrust him to look after us in the future.

We found Harry Coomer to be highly professional with a very pleasant and reassuring manner. He kept us well informed as to the progress of the sale and we always felt we were in safe hands. We have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Harry and his team provided exceptional service from our first contact. His knowledge of the market and systematic approach to selling was extremely professional, honest and reassuring. He maintained excellent communication and provided expert guidance to us during decision making points. He was realistic and approachable at every step. We were so happy with how our home was presented and the attention to detail shown in developing the marketing material. We had our first open home the week before Christmas and received multiple offers resulting in a successful sale after being on the market for only a week! We would definitely recommend Harry and his team to anyone thinking of selling their property.

We are overwhelmed by the outstanding professionalism we received from Harry and his team. Harry has helped to make this emotional time much easier. We can't thank you enough.

Harry knows his local area very well. His attention to detail is somewhat of a rarity in the real estate industry. And his advice on pricing at a complicated time for the real estate market was spot on - we were able to find a buyer for our house in around two weeks.

Harry's professionalism, honesty and realistic approach were evident from our first meeting with him and this was exactly what we needed. His drive to achieve the best outcome for us was very clear and his hard work resulted in an extremely quick sale. Harry was transparent in all of his communication with us and the marketing of our property was exceptional. Harry's knowledge and experience is second to none and we cannot thank him enough for what he achieved for us! We would highly recommend Harry to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent and he will most definitely be our Agent again in the future.

Harry and Jack were completely professional, but approachable and always available to address any queries we had. We have no hesitation in recommending them, and would definitely use them again.

From the 1st phone call to Harry until the sale was done I received nothing less than than 100% effort to get my property sold. In a declining market Harry and Ed were able to get me an excellent price and were also able to close a complicated deal to allow me to purchase a property interstate within timelines. I simply could not recommend Harry and his wonderful team more highly ( Ive dealt with some snakes )for all your real estate needs.

Harry and his team were attentive at all times. Deadline promises were kept to the letter. Marketing was professional and on time. Harry contacted us verbally twice a day with updates of current interest in the property. He achieved a good result in quick time in a market that is fading and altering to more suit Purchasers. I would highly recommend Harry to Vendors and Purchasers alike. I contacted Harry because of his high profile in the Sandy Bay market. Peterswalds for the same reason along with their quality marketing.

Harry and Phoebe provided excellent service. They were able to quickly understand our circumstances and priorities in selling the property. Extra services like house cleaning and gardening were organised which made the process much easier. Although the property ended up selling for a little less and in a little more time than was expected, this was due to rapidly changing market conditions and interest rate increases. Harry and Phoebe worked hard throughout the process to get the sale and to keep us updated throughout. I would be happy to strongly recommend these guys to any friends/colleagues/family who are looking for a realtor.
