We chose Harry to sell our house after we met him a year before at an open home that we were interested in. He was very welcoming, honest and clear to us as potential purchases and this is exactly how we wanted people to feel when they came through our home. It was a rocky road. I found the house I wanted too early. I had to sell a couple of other places before I could buy a place to live in with my grandson and his family, and one of the sales was proving more difficult than anticipated. Yet, I wanted this purchase so badly. I had fallen in love with the house, believing it to be the right design and layout to suit my purposes. My daughter had inspected and loved the house. I loved what the sellers had done in their refurbishments. Harry was with me all the way, encouraging me and keeping me up to date with progress. It was a difficult time waiting for it all to happen. Bryce and Harry kept in touch with me, encouraged me and kept me on track. At last! The happy day arrived where I could be sure of the purchase and we all celebrated.
