Having Harry and Bryce manage the sale of our house with support from their team of professionals made the preparation for market as seamless as possible. Harry has an excellent handle on the current markets and gave us a honest and realistic idea of what we were up for during the sale process. Excellent communications from Harry and Bryce during and after the sale meant we were never wondering what was going on during the whole process.

When we started to consider selling our home, we agreed to meet with at least a couple of agents before deciding our next move. We met with Harry first, and after a very brief conversation afterwards, we figured that there wasn't much point in looking any further - even our dog (who isn't a big fan of strangers, and also barks at people who regularly visit) decided that Harry was welcome straight away. We couldn't fault him. Harry was prompt, responsive and true to his word. He returned every call and answered every enquiry. Our only mistake was forgetting to chill the champagne on the day of the open home - because Harry sold our home that same day. His way with people is truly something else, we would happily work with Harry again in the future.
We have really enjoyed teaming up with Harry to sell our much loved home. He was very attentive to our needs and goals and highly motivated to see our dreams turned into reality. From the moment we first met Harry we were instantly so comfortable. Real Estate Agents can come across solely sales focused and as a couple that had been looking at a number of properties over the months we can honestly say Harry was the first agent that we wanted to not only deal with but ask him every question that came to mind. As first home buyers looking to buy it can be so daunting and to be honest we had a lot to learn. He answered every question honestly and we could genuinely feel that. Most houses we looked at we were in and out or not dealing with the agents as much as we were almost trying to avoid them as we could tell all they cared about was the sale.
