My son is a real estate agent and if he treats his clients the same way that Harry treated us, I would be even more proud of him. We first met Harry at an open inspection and the house did not suit us. We are from the mainland and had specific requirements for the property we wanted and our time to visit properties was limited. Harry found a suitable property but was immediately honest that the price was above our stated limits. We subsequently submitted an offer and raised it again. We flew back in for an after hours visit to the property to see he night lights and this was not a problem for Harry. I know that Harry was working for the vendor as well which is fair. He did not push, he was a BP "Quiet Achiever". After we took possession of the property, the hundred year storm and wind damage hit Hobart. We were still on the mainland. Harry had been notified by a neighbour of storm damage to our fences and Harry notified us immediately. This is great after sales service. During the first week we took possession of the property, Harry made phone contact to see if we had settled in OK and in fact visited the home to see us as he was in the area. We wish Harry every success in his career and I hope that he becomes a Company Director one day. Throughout our search for a property over six months, we visited many properties and dealt with many agents. Some were simply rude and took no interest. Harry was simply the best and we were excited that we could purchase through him. We have no hesitation in recommending Harry highly.
