Harry has been a great help in the purchase of my house in Hobart last month. He spent time explaining the process and negotiated on good terms. He worked in favour of both the vendor and the purchaser. Communication was on point all the way through. I highly recommend this agent to any future home owners in Hobart.
Throughout the buying process, Harry was approachable, open and honest at all times. While he worked for the vendor, he still had our interests in mind at the same time. The flow of communication between us and him made the process of buying much easier than we had anticipated. He gave us plenty of time, answered all our questions, and made himself available to view the property whenever we wished. I cannot recommend Harry enough. Top agent.
We have recently used Harry and the team to sell our property in Howrah. Communication was consistent during this process, the open home had a great vibe about it created by the team and the overall experience was generally quick and hassle free.
Highly recommend Harry to anyone selling or buying property, couldn't fault his service, very friendly and keeps you in the loop :)
Harry really means it when he says he is “at your service.” I’ve found many people do not back up their talk with actions these days. Harry Coomer certainly can! Harry is an efficient agent; he is honest, reliable, realistic and is prepared to do the hard yards necessary in order to bring about excellent results. We would highly recommend Harry’s service for buyers and sellers alike. If you want someone to get it done, Harry’s your guy!
I bought my new house through Team Coomer (Harry Coomer and Jess Hansen), their communication throughout the process was absolutely fantastic with follow up multiple times a week through to settlement and even after settlement! They were always offering to help in any way they could, (on reflection I should have asked them to help me move in as they no doubt would have been only to happy to help!), I would highly recommend buying or selling through Team Coomer, as they provide a premium, no fuss service, always with a smile. The unexpected gift I received from them after settlement was just the icing on top of the high level service cake they provided. I will definitely use Team Coomer in the future.
Harry and his great team worked hard and fast to sell our property. Pete and I gave them many challenges but they rose to the occasion each and every time. We will certainly be using them again and recommending them highly. Thank you Harry, pleasure doing business with you and the team. Cheers Lizzie and Peter
Aside from a couple of hiccups we we’re happy with the how the sale went.
Harry was easy to deal with and very helpful. He was always there when I needed him. I especially appreciated his help after the property was settled and he still helped me to negotiate repairs with the vendor.
Right from the start Harry was very efficient, effective and highly contemporary. The initial marketing of my property which included aerial drone photography, footage and agent to camera video was outstanding! The subsequent follow-up and engagement was first class resulting in a contract being accepted a number of hours after the first open home. The price achieved reflected Hobart's hot market but also demonstrated Harry's excellent professional practice.
Harry was fantastic. He made the process of buying our new house effortless and stress free. We highly recommend Harry when buying or selling a house. Dan and Lou
