I got in contact with Harry to sell my block of land after noticing some strong results from him in my area. Harry achieved a great result for me in difficult circumstances after it had sat idle on the market with another agency for months on end. Passionate about his job and a great communicator. Will use Harry again.
Harry was very helpful with my purchase also very patient as I had not been through this business before, I would definitely recommend Harry.
Harry is an effective communicator from a buyer's perspective, always available for questions and to the point. Understands my needs as a buyer.
We had a great experience selling my property with Team Coomer. The market was good and it was sold after only eight days on market with a fantastic offer. Harry is an excellent communicator and always easy to get hold of. He is also a good negotiator and managed to get a price which was beyond expectations. I will miss my chats with Harry, hopefully our paths will cross again in future. Would definitely use his agency again in future
Thanks Harry for your time and patience during an unavoidably delayed settlement. Your commitment to keeping me in the loop and being easily accessible (as the buyer) went over and above. I'd highly recommend Harry and his team.
Harry and his team exceeded expectations across several parameters including price and time on the market. He worked closely with Kim to get the property sold in just 8 days for well over what we thought was possible. Harry impressed as being thorough, as having excellent empathy, driven by providing service and a great communicator. Furthermore we also felt we were dealing with a genuine person who understood our needs. We would gladly act as a referee for him.
Harry & Zoe were FANTASTIC to deal with. They made themselves available & nothing was to hard for them. I would recommend them both for anyone buying or selling their property. I have & always will support them 110%. Regards Aaron Lucas.
Everything progressed quickly and no major issues were encountered
After selling my house in a week and getting an unbelievable price I will definitely be getting Harry to sell my next house. You'd be silly not to use him!
We were very pleased with the support and encouragement we received from Harry and Zoe. They followed up all calls in a businesslike manner, but at no stage were we pressured by them. We found the experience extremely satisfying and we have no problem in recommending Team Coomer for your next sale our purchase. Note that we paid a heap more than we had expected but understand that todays market required that action.
Unfortunately i never got to meet Harry as he was on leave at the time of my purchase but his assistant Zoe was remarkable. This with the help of Harry it was a pleasant and smooth purchase continuoesly keeping me up to date with the progress of sale to recieving a beautiful gift basket and even to today commenting and acknowledging the achievements i have done to my family home. Keep up the great work 😊
