Saw above property Ad on Real EState dot com. After searched few other lands, I chose this one. Went to see the actual land in person. Was raining, not heavily but raining. I stood in the middle of it and look out directly to the Bay with no interuption view, no trees etc. I decided right there and there. That was 6 June 2016. Call Harry that minute, we came to price agreement. Back to Sydney. Filled out SOC, transferred deposit. Decided which settlement date. And that's all that. No dramas.
