Harry has been brilliant at marketing both our properties; with appropriate strategies for two houses in very different locations and marketing areas. He has excellent communication skills and can listen as well as talk. He took on board our thoughts and either included them in his marketing or explained why he felt they were not appropriate. He kept us in the picture as to progress and almost as importantly he kept us in the loop when there was nothing to report. We never lost confidence in him and his enthusiasm was infectious. He sold both properties, one in a matter of days and for far more than we anticipated. We would certainly recommend him as an agent and would use him again should the situation arise. Dealing with Harry was great. He kept in touch weekly. Kept me informed of interest on the property. Stayed on the phone all night to close the deal. Nothing was too troublesome.
