From our very first meeting with Harry we felt like we could trust him as he told us the truth and not just what we wanted to hear. He told us right from the start that properties in our area do not sell quickly. Each week Harry would ring with an update whether good or bad news. Once we had a potential buyer his negotiation skills were outstanding. We also found Harry to be extremely knowledgeable about the Real Estate market and we trusted him 100% to give us the facts and we followed all of his recommendations. Harry did manage to throw in a good surprise at the end thanks to his outstanding negotiation skills.
