From the great tips from the stylist, to the magic of the marketing, to Nick's unwavering charm and optimism! I'd engage them again in a heartbeart to buy or sell. Perhaps not always the first thing that comes to mind when reviewing an agent is a sense of humour. But Harry's quick wittedness made the work of selling easy.
