Harry Davies is a friend from school who I have know for a very long time. When our house went oonto the market we decided to use harry who I could trust as both a friend and a professional. His experties and communication made for a very quick sale that honestly surprised us all. As we are living in denmark, the close monitoring of the property was aforseeable problem; due to the excellent communication, and with the aide of technology, we were practically there every step of the way. There are certain things that you would expect from an agent, for example you would expect him to organise and attend a home open once a week, but we whitnessed harry attend 3 a week in some cases which was actually the reason we landed the actual buyer! In addition, letter drops were done prior to selling and after selling to notify residents, firstly that there was a house for sale and if they had friends or family interested, and secondly, to give them information on some new residents to the area. It is work like this that not only helps the client but helps the buyers and the community.
