Harry is one of the hardest workers in the industry. In a market that is trending downwards due to ever increasing interest rates and lower demand, the role of the agent is even more critical as houses no longer sell themselves. Harry proved this by going the extra mile to ensure our property sold within our timeframe. In the lead up to kicking off our campaign, Harry was always available to meet in person to answer all our questions (as first-time sellers, we had plenty). Throughout the campaign, Harry was readily available via phone/text, and we appreciated the weekly catchups (in person or video call) to discuss the campaign in greater detail. While it was a tough campaign due to current market conditions, Harry never give up, going so far to miss an important personal appointment to finalise our sale. Harry was always reliable as we never had to wait for a call back and he was always available for face-to-face meetings. Harry showed professional flexibility as he was always ready to accommodate our requests for inspection times. Harry was extremely polite and punctual but over-quoted our selling price by 15% yet, despite having our house on the market throughout the severe and long second Melbourne lockdown, we are happy with the result and looking forward to moving on.
