Awesome Agent willing to go the little bit extra and actually communicate with his customer.

Harry was my first choice Agent, unfortunately circumstances dictated I could not go with him at the start. After two months on Market with a large chain RE organisation and a lackluster campaign I was able to move to Harry. He had a window of 30 days to get my house sold, he worked his butt off, worked with me and listened to my concerns and ideas. He knows his market, the Springfield area and demographic. Harry did things I did not even expect from an RE Agent all the way to end at settlement, from enlisting an electrician to provide documents not even required to having the property mowed and cleaned up just prior to settlement. He listened to my concerns, provided sound advise and reason. Even though we were selling in a falling market he never pressured to lower the price just the get paid and was willing to let the property go to a rental rather than try and force me to sell below my bottom price. I believe Harry to be one of the rare "good and trustworthy" agents in the field and would recommend him any time.
