Harry was in constant contact with us throughout the purchase process. Was very helpful and serviceable, we would definitely recommend him hands down when we are thinking on selling a house.

Harry was polite and professional, poorly coupled with his empty words. Harry had made multiple verbal promises during the settlement period while the contract was being finalised. We believe he knew there was council inspections as the sellers were approaching the end of their 90 day period to rectify an incompliant pool. We had requested a pool safety certificate as it had seemed a bit dodgy. Harry agreed but would put nothing in writing with the solicitors and ignored our solicitors requests. We verbally compromised for a price reduction as there was only a few days left with no certificate and also numerous issues found in the building and pest which he negelected to show up to. Needless to say there was no truth in his words. We now have been burdened with these issues, cheated 5 grand out of pocket and triple that in issues. The moral Being if you’re buying property through this agent don’t trust what he says unless it’s written into the contract.

I would not hesitate to recommend Harry, his service was exceptional organizing removal company's, cleaners and even gardeners. Without Harry's efforts i would not have been ready for market he took the stress away when i was pressed for time and achieving a good outcome for me. Thank you Harry
