Harry was excellent to deal with from start to finish. I never had to chase him or follow him up. He also had excellent contacts to help me with contractors to get my property in the best condition for the best sale. Couldn't recommend Harry enough to potential sellers.

We wanted to sell our investment property before interest rates went up too much and scared buyers off. We still had a tenant for in situ for another 3 months & didnt want to annoy them, with the inconvenience of open homes. We reached out to Harry (again) with the thought that if we like and trust Harry so much, then others & buyers will too. I call it passing the "sniff & growl" test. Harry walked through the townhouse to list the postive & negative selling points. We sat down and discussed target prices, our best time line & price. Then our worse case, being after the tenant moved out. We'd have to do some maintenance works, stage it with furniture & hope to reach our "sell price" still. Harry said that he had a few buyer clients that he might be able to gather to do a walk thorugh together, that would see the value of the property to either own & live in, or buy to rent out. Just the one walk through. 3 weeks later, I am out of the Country (family illness) & Harry texts me on a Sunday night to say that he walked two buyers through the townhouse and both are interested. Coming through passport control on the Monday night, Harry called to ask if I was happy to sign the contract the next morning, for the price we had set as our target price. 30 days settlement! Everything went smoothly. Handover was a month before the tenant lease expired. Minor maintenance works to perform. No open house. No staging or advertising costs.
