On auction day we had very competitive bidding and a result that exceeded our expectations. Harry is an outstanding auctioneer and every time we felt the bidding plateau Harry was able to draw further bids when I felt others less experience would have read the bidders with the same insight that Harry brings to the table. Harry was most helpful, and a true professional in his environment. I was most satisfied with how he kept me updated all throughout the process of selling an old family home. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he often went out of his way to assist me.

First home buyer, was assured of things in the contract then when it came time to settlement none of these things had occurred. Would delay answering phone calls. Delayed final inspection until 2 days beforehand when the property still had poo stains in the toilet. Was told this would be rectified, didn't happen so got the keys to a completely dirty property. Felt completely dismissed and talked down to for the process. Was told things would be fixed pre-settlement but none of these fixes happened. If you are a young buyer or first home buyer I would not recommend Harry at all.

Very please with Harry. Knows the market extremely well and managed the sale and auction process despite all the lock-downs and restrictions. End outcome for us was tremendous.
