My experience of working with Harry has been quite a pleasant one. Used to hear negative stories about agents in the realestate and Harry absolutely proved them wrong! He was efficient, always on time, able to manage expectations and went above and beyond to give our home a fighting chance! His weekly reports in particular really impressed me, as he provided reflections and feedbacks from potential buyers. I'm so happy that we got Harry as our agent. I couldn't think that we are able kick back and enjoy our normal life during a property campaign, but we did. Harry took all the stress away and only brought solid results. I can't recommend him enough. 5 stars, no regret.

Harry led us to believe we would have no problem in selling between $1100000-$1200000 to developers looking at the site without any form of advertising. After 4 weeks on the market Harry advised ( and in his defence due to corona virous ) the market had dropped and we would be now looking at a more realistic figure of $1,000.000 - $ 1,050.000 We then had to spend $6000.00 on an advertising campaign sending the property to Auction. On the day of the auction Harry had a very competent Auctioneer ( which We recommended and use again ) who pushed the price to $980.000 then passed in. Harry then found a buyer during the course of the afternoon to get a selling price if $1,022.000 $2000.00 over reserve. In conclusion Harry had a hard road to drive but got it over the line, a very energy young man very personable will go far in the industry .
