Harry Lai from Ray White Manningham was a pleasure to deal with and got us a result better than our highest expectations! My mother was very nervous about the entire process and we were looking for an agent that did not fit the stereotype and Harry delivered. He treated my mother with respect and explained everything through the entire process in simple and easy to understand language without making her feel stupid or like he was talking down to us. He was polite and calm and in no way was he pushy or arrogant. If you want an agent who is going to treat you like a human and make you feel like he is giving you 100% of his time and deliver great results Harry is your man!!
