We selected Harry Li by meeting with several agents, when we sold our home in Springvale South in 2010. Our experience was that he was prompt, punctual and was always prepared. We have since had regular dealings with Harry, in 2013/2014 and very recently. His communication is timely and is as promised. It's obvious that he is a good role model for his team.
