Easy process and excellent communication

Harry was great. The first real estate agent I've dealt with that I truly felt that the time he allocated to my property, he fully applied that time and all of his effort.

I found Harry to be honest, reliable and knowledgeable. Nothing was to hard and when he said I will be there in 30 mins he was. I would definitely use him again.

I found Harry to be very knowledgeable in his practice. As I have been unwell my son had most of the communication with Harry. The buyers continued to make further cleanup requirements following settlement. I understand my son has paid for and has receipts for two separate cleaning companies. I spoke with my son yesterday. As I understand it a third clean has been requested. Correct me if I’m wrong. My son would like the responsibility for the home to be behind him. I have advised he contact Harry and settle this matter with out further out of pocket expense.
