We had get to know Harry in the 12 months prior to selling our home as he would pop in occasionally to see how our plans for selling were progressing. Although we had several other agents give us an appraisal of the house we decided to go with Harry. He always explained the process and gave us regular feedback and although selling your home is never easy Harry smoothed the way for us right up until auction day. I was very nervous but Harry had everything organised and it all went very well and we achieved a result well in excess of our reserve.
