I purchased this property from Harry in 2021 and he managed 2 different tenants thoughout these 4 years. He recommmended some renovations in the property and went above and beyond my expectations to handle all different tradies to manage renovations prior to sale. Harry advised true market price and set my expectations clear in line to the market value. He does not over promise but rather over delivers. His strategy of auction in the area of Hoppers Crossing is fantastic. He worked hard fetching every last dollar for the sale. The property was in market at 621k but he worked hard during auction to get us an extra 11k. Harry understands the market well and will get you what you deserve and even beyond.
