It took me a wee bit of time to come to market, but Harry was patient and succinct in the direction of how to present my home and he always called in with updates and good cheer. Don't kid yourself - this is a tough market to be selling in. There are buyers out there but you need a good agent to be working for you to get a reasonable price and to sell ASAP. Harry read the market, advised us accordingly, guided us on the best process to use in this market and helped us constantly deal with the ups and downs throughout.
