Harry helped my mum sell her apartment in the city. We genuinely cannot say enough nice things about him! He bucks every awful stereotype about real estate agents. He was knowledgeable, insightful, responsive and respectful. The agent that had the listing before him told us he had so many buyers ready to go, so we went with him, only to have him organise really disappointing photos (which we were worried wouldn't sell the property), barely took anyone through, was difficult to contact, and didn't proactively provide updates. Harry listened to our frustrations with the previous agent and took care of so many things to get our listing back on the right track. He organised for new photos to be taken which we were THRILLED with-- both that he took care of this for us and had a photographer who did a brilliant job. He went above and beyond, even offering to come and help us clean the windows before photography, or pack up the partial staging we'd done after the sale was complete. He was very responsive whenever my mum needed to contact him and was knowledgable not only about the market but about processes and procedures that even our conveyancer had to call us back about. He gave frequent updates about people he had taken through the property and how the sale strategy was working. We never had to chase him for info. He wasn't pushy with my mum either, trying to get her to accept a lower offer than she wanted just to get a quick sale; he put a lot of effort into getting the buyer up to the sale price my mum wanted. It was genuinely a breeze of an experience and a true relief after many disappointing experiences with other agents. We would DEFINITELY DEFINITELY DEFINITELY recommend Harry to anyone thinking of selling their property. He has the knowledge and experience to craft a great sale strategy for you, and will actually work with you to get your property sold for the best price possible. 10/10 recommend.
