Great communication and property knowledge and proactive approach

It was obvious Harry knew pretty much everything that needed to be know about the property he showed us, and he was able to pick up on our questions and cues and proactively give us information that helped us make our decisions without being the slightest bit pushy or 'salesy'. He was always happy to respond to requests for further information and we were never in any doubt at any stage about where things were at and what the next steps were. A great experience.
