Firstly to consolidate and sell rural land excess to my then needs and most recently to sell my home and 40 acre block of thirty years. Harry Shoemark was the most recent of the Shoemark Real Estate agents I worked with and was relatively new to the Real Estate business when he took on my property. It wasn’t a straightforward sale because we encountered several unforeseeable issues along the way. This necessitated dealing with the NSW government in relation to historic title issues as well as taking on board the impact of the development of a solar farm on neighboring land.
