Harsha's hardworking and positive attitude achieved excellent result in the selling process. We were very concerned about the current uncertain market conditions however, Harsh made it very successful and stress free experience achieved the best.
I was originally looking at another property and I was unsatisfied with it and Harsha was quick to his feet and mentioned my new home. As soon as I walked in the door it was perfect and everything I wanted. Unfortunately the owner was being painful but Harsha was great to talk to and corresponding with the owner down till the contract was signed. I feel after it was signed he was not there as much as I would have liked as I’m a first home buyer and I was always following up on things. I put this aside as I know he would have other clients and I didn’t let it bother me. On final inspection the owner went cheep on some things that needing doing and all that was the response was from Harsha is that not how the contract read. This was a bit disappointing on how he responded to it. Finally I was told that Gas and NBN needs to be connected. I was blown away with this. I had a 60 day settlement that I could have got all this organised but I find out only days away before settlement that this needs to be done. It’s taken 2 weeks to get gas. No hot water for showers and no stove plates to cook. How nice to move in not even able to have a nice hot shower. NBN takes 6 months to connect. This is the builder being lazy but still a massive inconvenience that I had to keep asking Harsha for the documents I needed to submit my application form. Settlement day came and booked him in at 2pm for handover for the keys. 2.30pm comes and he was not here and had to call the office to track him down. Waited over 45min in the end to get the keys when we had a appointment booked in at 2pm. He never communication to me saying he was going to be late. For a first home buyer I might be reading into to much of this. But this is my personal experience and how I felt about it all.
