Our vision at Xceed is to ‘Redefine the experience’ which in most cases involves us challenging the old ways of thinking. We apologise if we have let you down in not explaining our process properly and will ensure that we do better at that in future. In the meantime, in answer to your concern around pricing, the strategy we used was research based pricing.
This method is designed to generate strong interest and multiple offers competing at once, ensuring you secure the best possible price. The timeframe is never a consideration in this advice albeit competition amongst buyers is less likely to occur for a property that has been on the market for a prolonged period of time. In your case the result was multiple offers competing as intended.
In contrast the property you mentioned was listed higher than yours but ended up selling for the same price after being on the market for two months. Had we followed the same journey as the other property we wouldn’t have got a better result however may very likely have risked you losing the property you bought. Again we apologise for not explaining this better for you.
