After successfully running my own businesses for many years, I brought my entrepreneurial spirit to Waratah in 2014 and joined as a managing partner and director of operations to share my client focused, growth inspired ideas to span the operations not only locally but also interstate working in the best interest of stakeholders. By helping built Waratah as one of the best recognised and trustworthy independent brand in NorthWest Sydney, I have a vision to further set apart Waratah as a progressive, innovative, ethical and trustworthy brand and lead the industry by setting highest standards where we have long-term partnerships with our team members and keep on deriving and implementing result-oriented processes to yield sustainable growth for our valued clients. My focus on relationship building and client management provides me strength to strive for best possible business strategies and has earned me a reputation as a business leader. My ability to get the best out of the team enables me to put the right processes and procedures in place resulting in multifold growth and desired business outcomes. I have a passion for continuously improving the systems by implementing training processes throughout the organisation. My communication and interpersonal skills helped me to be a very successful selling agent in the early part of my career. I led the team to win Agency of the Year 2 years in a row with individually being recognised as Agent of the Year twice in 2 years breaking many sales records on the way. I understand the requirements of the business at all the levels. I also accept my social and corporate responsibility. I have been positively engaged in various social activities and involved in local charity and sporting organisations where I have brought Waratah as a major sponsor supporting many social causes and helping raising social awareness messages. I love to spend time with my family and love traveling, playing sports like badminton, tree-climbing and athletics. I also practice yoga for mental and physical well-being. I help instill the culture of active and healthy lifestyle among his team at work by engaging them in sporting activities from time to time.
