Hash Soultani

We recently sold our Blacktown home with Hash and the team, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Hash gave us honest, realistic advice from the first appraisal, backed by great knowledge of the local market, and explained the options clearly, including the off market approach. Communication together with Rami and the team was excellent throughout, and we always knew where things stood. The team was responsive, friendly and professional, even when questions came up from the buyer’s side. We were on a tight timeline, and they worked hard to make the process smooth. We’d happily recommend Hash and his team to anyone looking to sell.

Hash and his team demonstrated old school professionalism when managing the campaign to sell our family home. They were polite and courteous and accommodated an elderly parent when conducting open inspections. Honest with feedback and knowledgeable of the local market we could not recommend Hash and team highly enough.

Great communication and clear objectives that aligned with ours up front. During open home process super professional. Gave great feedback and support. In closing the sale absolutely a focus on us and achieved a great result in a tough climate. Could not recommend the team more.
