Buying and selling a property can be a highly stressful time. I chose Hash Soultani to be the selling agent for my property because when I was meeting agents, he took considerable time to explain the whole process and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. His communication throughout the sale period was excellent. He provided regular updates and was professional, approachable and friendly. Marketing fees and agent's commission was fair and clearly communicated. He knew what I was expecting for a reserve price from our very first meeting and worked hard to get buyers to come up to that price rather than me come down to meet buyer's expectations so that on auction day I could get a good result. I trusted his judgement and I am glad that I did as the price achieved was above the reserve I had set. I am very wary of being seduced by fancy sales talk and then not achieving a good selling price on auction day. Ultimately, my positive appraisal of Hash is based on the outcome. An above expectation selling price was achieved. With Hash, both the whole selling process and the outcome was above expectation. I felt very little stress throughout the whole selling process.
